A GALA BRUNCH
Chefs Margaret Fox, former owner/chef of Mendocino's famed Cafe Beaujolais, and Shannon Hughes, former owner/chef of Point Arena's legendary Pangaea and Lorca, will be preparing a magnificent feast to benefit the Redwood Coast Seniors Food Program. The Gala Brunch will be held on October 19th from 9 AM to 1 PM at the beautiful historic Senior Center located at 490 North Harold Street in Fort Bragg, California.
Entrees > Baked French Toast Bread Pudding with Caramelized Apples and Whipped Cream Roasted Red Pepper & Potato Frittata with Sheep's Milk Feta and Tomato Salsa Coho Salmon Caper-Dill Salad with Preserved Lemon and Mayonnaise, on a Hard Head Bread Sourdough Bagel.
Your choice of Entree includes your choice of accompaniments, beverages and dessert.
