Co-presented with Scarecrow Video, where every ticket sold benefits the Sustain Our Scarecrow Fund, keeping the worlds largest physical media library alive so no romance, no comedy, not even New French Extremity, is lost to time. Each Trauma Bond screening features a live Drag pre-show from Seattles own living cult classic, Monday Mourning.
Michael Hanekes fully realized remake of his own 1997 film begins with a seemingly idyllic family getaway that unravels into sheer terror when two polite young men arrive at the door. What follows are a series of games, escalating in brutality with each passing hour. Unforgiving, calculated, and merciless, Funny Games (2007) is a descent into sadism where the rules are simple: there are none.

Ticketing, concessions, cinemas, restrooms, and our public edit lab are located on Northwest Film Forum's ground floor, which is wheelchair accessible. We have a limited number of assistive listening devices available for programs hosted in our larger theater, Cinema 1. These devices are maintained by the Technical Director, and can be requested at the ticketing and concessions counter.
