Join us for an unforgettable collaboration celebrating food, beer, and music.
Hackamore Brewing Company in Chanhassen, MN is hosting The Craft Beer Concierge and Houndstooth Modern Tavern for a Spring beer dinner, guided by the eras of jazz music.
Allo Gilinsky is the Craft Beer Concierge; a Certified Cicerone and a deep music enthusiast. On May 12th, he will craft a thoughtful playlist of jazz through the eras; from ragtime to big band, bop and beyond. He'll be working with beer professional Paige Didora, of Houndstooth Modern Tavern, to create an immersive selection of music and beer pairings for the evening.
Can you pair jazz with beer? Of course you can!
Hackamore Brewing Company will be serving up a wide selection of beers, from flagships, to seasonals and one-offs to pair with a 4-course dinner. If you've had their beer, you know you're in for high-quality beverages all night long.

Chef Rick Didora of Houndstooth Modern Tavern will be creating a 4-course tasting menu, with dishes to complement and enhance beer and jazz. Paige and Rick specialize in hospitality; creating high-touch, elevated cuisine, sourced as locally and ethically as possible. The Houndstooth ethos is to take care of all guests equally, and to anticipate the needs of everyone at our table.
