Sherman Theatre and PTSA are proud to present Disney's High School Musical Jr., directed by Anna Nye!
Our story begins on the first day after winter break at East High. The Jocks, Brainiacs, and Thespians all find their cliques. Basketball team captain, Troy, discovers that the brainy Gabriella, a girl he met singing karaoke on his ski trip, has just enrolled at East High. The couple cause an upheaval when they decide to audition for the musical. Although many students resent the threat posed to the "status quo," Troy and Gabriella's alliance opens the door for others to shine as well.
There are three opportunities to see our Sherman students:
* 7:00PM, Friday, May 2nd
* 12:00PM, Saturday, May 3rd
* 7:00PM Saturday, May 3rd
We are excited to have performances at Silas High School this year, which has twice the capacity of our previous venue. If reserved seats sell out, we will open the upper seats (not pictured) to general sales at a later date. Please, ARRIVE 30 MINUTES TO SHOWTIME.
Professional recording will be available for Theatre Families to pre-purchase - information for this will be emailed the week of the performance.
