Experience Centering Prayer, Lectio Divina, Labyrinth Walking, Attuning to Nature, Authentic Relating, Dream-work, Breath-work, Shadow-Work, Mindful Movement, Creative Self-Expression, Shamanic/Holotropic Breath-Work, and more!
