Walking in Our Light

Activities include performances, art-making and refreshments
A night to walk together as a united community. To celebrate and honor the light in each person, family, community organization, and business that has created a safe and nurturing neighborhood for all to thrive.
Performances in dance, music, poetry, and media will highlight the lives and stories of Canoga Park and the local communities, as well as art-making activities and refreshments.
The procession will begin at the Taxco Theatre, 7242 Owensmouth Avenue.
Community partners include the Office of Councilmember Bob Blumenfield, West Valley Boys and Girls Club, Child Development Institute, Canoga Park Womens Club, Canoga Park Historical Society, Jubilee Theatre, Canoga Park Youth Arts Center, and Canoga Park High School Dance.
This event is free and open to the public, however RSVP's are encouraged.
