Sweet Sound Baths

Sound Baths can be traced back to ancient civilizations like Egypt, Greece, and India. A full-body meditative experience used for healing and the deepening of spiritual practices, sound baths are often used for stress and anxiety relief and general relaxation, among other things. The resonant vibrations and frequencies can also naturally recharge and re-tune your body towards optimal functioning, an important self-care element.

You will be bathed in the radiant sounds of crystal singing bowls, a gong, various chimes, etc. Each participant will also have the option to receive personalized energy healing.

This sound bath experience will be held in Sherman Oaks. After you register and pay, you will receive a follow-up email with all the details.
