Asylum Seeker Emergency Housing Fundraiser
On May 11, 2024 we will kick off our community fundraising event.
In response to the urgent needs of vulnerable migrant families, RPUMC is uniting with other community members and organizations to launch a fundraising initiative aimed at offering critical housing assistance. This effort seeks to address the immediate shelter requirements of these families, ensuring they have access to safe, secure, and suitable living conditions. This collective action underscores the community's commitment to supporting those in dire need, reflecting a shared value of compassion and solidarity.
Our fundraising goal for this initiative is to raise $200,000
We recognize that this fundraiser, while significant, may not fulfill all the needs of migrant families. Our goal is to take meaningful, targeted action to assist those in urgent need within our community.
