Cascade Water Alliance 25th Anniversary Luncheon
Celebrating 25 Years, Planning for the Future!
In 1999 an alliance of cities and water districts joined together to secure a safe, clean and reliable drinking water future for their communities, launching Cascade Water Alliance. 25 years later that work is well under way, but we're not done yet. Join us as we celebrate what has brought us this far and how we are working together to prepare for what's to come.
Featured speaker is Brenda Burman, General Manager of the Central Arizona Project (CAP), which delivers Colorado River water to 6 million people and 12 tribes in central and southern Arizona. Before joining CAP, Burman was the Commissioner of the Bureau of Reclamation, the first woman to hold that position. She has over 25 years of experience in water and natural resource issues.
