SEATTLE CABARET FESTIVAL PRESENTS:
MATT DELA CRUZ in "MAKE IT POP!"
Local Filipino theatre artist Matt Dela Cruz sings his favorite pop tunes that helped inspire the artist that he is today. His set list includes songs from various genres/artists (think Beyonce and Chris Stapleton) and showcases his Filipino heritage. It's truly a walk down "pop" memory lane.
ABOUT MATT DELA CRUZ
Matt Dela Cruz is a Filipino-American performance artist and educator from Seattle. He is a graduate of Circle in the Square Theatre School in NYC, a UW Drama Alumni and recently completed his Masters in Teaching degree at SPU. Performance-wise, he recently got to play Tom Collins in Renton Civic Theatre's Production of RENT and Bosley in the PNW premiere production of "Bloodletting", which was produced by Pork Filled Productions. He also produced and performed in his own cabarets featuring the music of Britney Spears, Whitney Houston and Celine Dion.
