VOID
Residing within the VOID, the Dept. of Cosmic Affairs works to maintain and preserve galactic alignment through protection of the multiple timelines, dimensions, and worlds that exist within the universe. Due to the recent chaos and instability in the Earth realm, the DCA has recently assigned representatives to assist traveling souls in the process of renewal and realignment.
VOID is a 40-45 minute interactive theatrical experience for audiences of no more than THREE Earthlings at a time.
During this exploration of existence, you will meet with a Traveling Soul Advisor, specifically assigned to guide you on your meditative and personal journey through the very fabric of time, space, and self.

WHERE IS THIS LOCATED?
The Portal access point will be provided upon confirmation of your appointment. Once your ticket purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with Portal location and instructions... We can verify the Portal is located in the Studio City region of Los Angeles CA.
HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE?
The experience lasts approximately 40-45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for check-in.
IS THIS THEATRE? A WALK-THROUGH? AN INSTALLATION? PERFORMANCE ART?
The VOID is a unique experience. It is sometimes described as a mindfulness session wrapped in an immersive theatrical story. Though you will be seated for the majority of the experience, this is not a play in the sense of sitting as an audience and watching a performance. It is a very intimate experience that will require your participation and engagement. You will never be forced to participate in any way you do not wish. Essentially, the experience is a conversation with your assigned Traveling Soul Advisor and your fellow participants. You will be asked questions. Perhaps you will ask questions of yourself. Perhaps questions you have not asked in a long time or perhaps have never asked before. The DCA hopes this experience will assist you in navigating your existence and discovering your place in the universe.
The best way to approach the experience is with an open mind and heart.
IS THIS SCARY?
The VOID is in fact not a scary place. If anything, we find it peaceful, mysterious and calming.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
You may take photos before entering or after exiting the Portal, but photos are not allowed during your session. In fact, during check-in, we will request you turn off your phones before accessing the Portal.
I'VE BOOKED A TIME SLOT. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You will receive an email from the Dept of Cosmic Affairs confirming your access date/time and providing you with Portal location details. In addition, in preparation for meeting with your Traveling Soul Advisor, the DCA will send you three questions they request you answer and respond to in advance of your arrival. Please respond to the Dept inquiry as soon as you are able. It helps the department gain a better understanding of your experience in the Earth realm so they can provide you the best VOID experience possible. CAN I BOOK FOR MULTIPLE GUESTS?
If you are booking for yourself and others, please make sure to list the names/email addresses of everyone in your party (you will be prompted at the end of your purchase) so the DCA can appropriately note their imminent arrival and contact them with the necessary information.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I BUY TICKETS?
Due to the limited number of time slots available, we suggest you buy your tickets as soon as possible. In order for the DCA to properly prepare for your arrival, all tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
WAIT, SO I CAN'T PURCHASE THE DAY OF THE EXPERIENCE?
Ticket sales will end 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. (e.g. For a Portal opening May 4 at 10 PM, the cut-off time to schedule will be May 3 at 10 PM.) Please plan accordingly and purchase in advance.
WHAT IF I AM LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Oh no, please do not be late! The Portals to the Earth realm are very specific and we cannot hold them open or delay them further than their scheduled time. We will provide specific and clear instructions to all participants so you should have no trouble finding the Portal. It is better to be 30 minutes early than one minute late, as we cannot guarantee access if you are late. Be early, be prepared, be ready. If you do unfortunately miss your appointment, we are unable to provide any refunds.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY TICKET DATE?
Due to the limited number of slots available, we cannot guarantee a reschedule once a slot is booked. We will do our best to reassign you to an agreeable date/time if one is available, but again, this cannot be guaranteed and will only be fulfilled based on date/time availability. In any event, no refunds will be given once a ticket has been purchased.
CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?
While technically there is no age restriction, given the structure and nature of the experience we strongly recommend a minimum age of 16 to attend.
HOW IS PARKING?
Street parking is readily available nearby the Portal.
ARE THERE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE?
There is restroom access at the Portal.
WILL THERE BE FOOD/DRINKS/ALCOHOL AVAILABLE?
Food and drinks are not sold at the Portal. We request that you DO NOT arrive inebriated or intoxicated in any manner. It will interfere with your enjoyment and the enjoyment of others. The DCA holds the right to eject anyone from the Portal with no refunds if they suspect you are intoxicated or if your behavior disrespects our Advisors, Staff or your fellow participants.
