Daddies, Bonus Daddies, Grandfathers, Uncles, Godfathers please join in creating joy in your girl's heart by attending the annual Community of Maple Valley Father-Daughter Ball.

Your night includes dancing, 5x7 photograph, keepsake, special memories and light snacks.

Early Registration fee:
$35 for 1 parent/guardian
$15 for each daughter
Each person needs a ticket.

At the door Registration fee:
$45 for 1 parent/guardian
$20 each daughter

Adult registration includes one 5x7 photo with option to purchase more photos.

The Ball is presented by Tahoma High School PTA and the proceeds benefit the THS PTA Senior Scholarship Fund.

By my purchasing of these tickets, I acknowledge and hereby consent to promotional publication of photographs that may be taken by Tahoma High School PTA during THS PTA Event.
