This 3-hour workshop serves as a "101" style crash course of definitions and explanations. It involves a lot of activities and discussion, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Participants walk away with a solid foundational understanding of LGBTQIA+ identities and how to best support them.

This workshop will be facilitated via Microsoft Teams. You can join the call even without a Microsoft account. To access from mobile (Android phone, iPhone, iPad, etc.) download the Microsoft Teams app to your device in advance. On the scheduled date and time for the workshop, click the link you are sent to join the call. If you are accessing from desktop, no app or program is needed. Simply click the link you are sent at the scheduled time and date and the video call will open in your browser.
Webcam and microphone are not mandatory, but are strongly recommended to get the most out of the workshop (using a mic without a webcam is also acceptable).
