Happiness is different for everyone. In fact, we each probably have different names for that feeling of peaceful, fully accepted, unconditional love that we prefer to feel. And it is possible to feel that every moment of every day... but of course it takes work. (sigh.) The Happiness is... Workshops are the tools and philosophies and perspectives I have discovered that help me be a Happiness Practitioner.
In the Introduction, we will talk about what Happiness is, what it means to each of us individually, and why it is possible to connect with Happiness even in our most frustrating transitions and darkest despairs. As Happiness is a feeling, we will explore how different emotions and thoughts feel in our physical bodies. And how focusing on that physicality might help us choose what we want feel.
And of course I'll tell you a little about the rest of the Happiness Workshops.
