For 5 years the Transformation Journeys Worldwide team has been helping Fortune 500 companies transform their environments into fully trans inclusive cultures. Now we've designed a special training to help small businesses like yours do the same. (For this event, small businesses means from 1-500 employees.)
Through this highly interactive training you'll be equipped to implement policies, procedures and best practices to create an inclusive atmosphere for gender diverse co-workers and customers and their many allies. You'll also deepen your understanding of trans and non-binary people and learn how to interact respectfully with them.

This highly interactive training will be delivered virtually in two 90-minute sessions on Thursday, Oct. 29 and Nov. 5, from 10:00-11:30AM (Eastern Time) each day. The training will be capped at 30 participants. It will include breakout room sessions to maximize engagement so plan to have your video enabled.
Small business owners, HR personnel, executive and other key leaders are encouraged to attend.
