Coffin Break with guests at Metta Room

Seattle rock powerhouse COFFIN BREAK are coming to the Metta Room in Port Angeles Washington on Saturday October 19th. Admission is $10.00 and is a 21 and over event. Local favorites MCFD, The MuuMuus and A Lotta Puke will support the bill. Doors open at 8:00 first band on at 9:00.
Coffin Break formed in 1987 and started playing quite regularly in the local rock scene . Their mixture of tight hard hooks and introspective lyrics lead them to quickly become a local favorite. A recording deal with C/Z Records got them noticed further and in 1991 they signed to Epitaph Records and were recognized as one of Seattle greatest offerings.Their music blends heavy metal melody with punk rock power and lyrics range from near zen Buddhist enlightenment to tongue in cheek barbs at life in general.They remain hands down one of the most energetic and entertaining live acts you will ever witness.
