QCST presents "The Addams Family" - A New Musical

This summer, Quaboag Community Summer Theatre will be presenting the creepy and kooky musical-comedy, The Addams Family!

Performances will be held on Friday, August 9th at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 10th at 2:00 & 7:00 p.m. in the Quaboag Regional High School Auditorium (284 Old West Brookfield Road in Warren, MA).

Tickets are $16 for Adults, $14 for Students & Seniors (age 65+), and $12 for Youth (age 12 and under), and can be purchased in advance through our Brown-Paper-Tickets sales page, or at the door on the day of the show.

In the kooky, upside-down world of the Addams Family, to be sad is to be happy, to feel pain is to feel joy, and death and suffering are the stuff of their dreams! The Addams Family has lived by their unique values for hundreds of years and Gomez and Morticia, the patriarch and matriarch of the clan, would be only too happy to continue living that way. However, Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable familya man her parents have never met. And if that werent upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father that they are engaged and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez must do something hes never done beforekeep a secret from his beloved wife. Chaos ensues, secrets are disclosed, relationships are tested, and everything changes on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesdays normal boyfriend and his parents.
