VEGAN FITNESS MEET-UP

The Vegan Gym (Leif & Anders "The Vegan Gym Bro's") had a booth at the 2018 Lancaster VegFest and we want to take it to the next level...

Instead of standing behind a booth for the duration of the event, we want to hangout and workout with you! So, we have come to an agreement with our current gym that enables us to have an open gym for a vegan lifting session! How amazing does that sound?!

It does not matter what skill level you are at...we are happy to provide advice on proper form and nutrition!

After the the gym hangout we will all head over to the vegfest and you can enjoy the rest of your day as you please!
