Ryan Townsend Live at The Hudson House
Ryan Townsend will be performing an evening of original music live at The Hudson House in Nyack, NY on Thursday April 18th.
He will be joined by special guests Scott MacRobbie (drums) Yan Falmagne (keys) and Natasha DiMarco (vocals).
Mixing folk rock songs with spirited guitars and rhythms, Ryan Townsend is a singer/songwriter creating unfettered acoustic driven compositions that share an alternative decadence and genuine intimacy. His voice evokes influences from Joe Cocker and Van Morrison to Ray Lamontagne and Eddie Vedder, professing a soulful balance of vibrant energy. He travels the divide between genres, crafting tales with a vintage spirit told in a rhythmic full-throated language. "I've always been attracted to the emotions and connections that music can make. How a simple melody or lyric can take you back to certain place or time just like a photograph."
