Game Night Variety Show March 2019!

All inspired by the fun and community of playing games, Game Night is a variety show featuring music and comedy, AND a reason to put on pants and leave your home! The evening is created and hosted by Laser M Webber (The Doubleclicks, Catty Bs, Bridgetown) and Joseph Scrimshaw (Obsessed Podcast, Adult Swim, RiffTrax) at Geeky Teas new space in Burbank!

Our March show features awesome guests, comedian/writer Josh Fruhlinger, comedian/writer Jordan Morris, and comedy musicians, Femmedy Trio!

About Our Guests

Josh is the author of the daily blog, The Comics Curmudgeon and the host of the monthly comedy show, The Internet Read Aloud. Josh was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, leaving him with a love of chicken wings and a tendency to say pop. He taught ancient Greek and Roman history to undergraduates before fleeing from academia in terror; worked for a failed San Francisco dot-com that neglected to supply him with stock options or an Aeron chair; lived in Berlin, where he mostly ate Indian and Ethiopian food; and finished in third place on his sole Jeopardy! appearance (the correct answer was Golda Meir). He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Amber and their cat Dr. Lisa. Hes been reading the entire comics section every day for as long as he can remember.

Jordan Morris in his own words: I wrote for (and occasionally appeared on) Comedy Central's Emmy-winning late night show, @Midnight. Some other credits include: Unikitty for Cartoon Network, Good Mythical Morning for YouTube and projects for Funny or Die, Geek & Sundry and Rifftrax. In the world of podcasting, I created the sci-fi comedy, Bubble. It was called one of the Best Podcasts of 2018 by Rolling Stone, Apple Podcasts and The Atlantic. Im also the co-host of Jordan, Jesse, Go!, a totally nonsensical chat show with Jesse Thorn (NPR) and a cavalcade of celebrity guests.

Femmedy Trio is an all-female comedic music group created by Stacey Hardke, Dahlya Glick, and Gabi Van Horn. With their sassy strength and clever lyrics, these ladies create funny, feminist tunes to save the world!
