He has a remarkable ability to sing about profound subjects in a simple way and to take the listener on a deeply moving and emotional journey. His band Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit is a festival favorite at Strawberry and Lost Sierra Hoedown. He recently joined fellow mystic man Nathan Moore on Jam Cruise 17.
Magic In the Other
Magic In The Other is a fast-rising indie-rock trio that combines diverse influences to create an original sound marked by intelligent songwriting and heart-felt, improvisational fearlessness. Composed of in-demand Bay Area musicians- drummer and bandleader Ezra Lipp (Phil Lesh and Friends, Tea Leaf Green, Sean Hayes, ALO), bassist Steve Adams (ALO, Nicki Bluhm & The Gramblers, Big Light) and guitar tone-master Roger Riedlbauer (Jolie Holland), this innovative trio from Oakland, CA creates an emotionally resonant, highly danceable, and soul-transforming experience that leaves listeners feeling a little more magical.
TK & The Holy Know-Nothings
We are very excited to add Portland Music Royalty TK & The Holy Know-Nothings to this bill. Led by Taylor Kingman and featuring Jay Cobb Anderson and Tyler Thompson of Fruition, this psychedelic western country rock band will knock your socks off. They build graceful, spaced-out landscapes around Kingmans storytelling. This is irreverent rock and roll, tempered and deepened by the sacred mystery of western country.
