Chakra + Cocktails: Yoga Workshop!

Heal, balance and open your chakras through this interactive workshop! You'll learn about different postures, energy channels, how to charge and learn about crystals, auras, affirmations and more!

Each class will focus on 1-2 chakras. Our Fig+Farro mixologists will pair each experience with the perfect cocktail to further open up your chakra (N/A concoctions available!).

One-on-one tarot card readings will take place in our cozy Peacock Room after dinner!

The price is $20 per session. Here is the schedule for each session:
February 5th: muladhara (root) + svadhisthana (sacral)
February 19th: anahata (heart)
February 26th: vishuddha (throat)
March 5th: ajna (third eye) + sahasrara (crown chakra)
March 26th: : manipura (solar plexus)

Bring your yoga mat, a journal and an open mind!

Stay for a plant-based dinner and tarot card readings afterward! We will recommend delicious pairings that align with each chakra. Your heightened sense of awareness prepares your taste buds and digestive fire for a satisfying meal that will nourish your soul and leave you feeling fulfilled.

This class will be taught by certified yoga teacher Kelsey Thompson. Kelsey has 5+ years of experience and has studied yoga around the world, leading workshops, retreats and vinyasa flow classes. She is an innovative and passionate person that values the science behind yoga and takes a holistic approach to healing and balancing the body and mind. We are very excited to have her lead this series!
