What is Trap Out the Werk Out????
An interactive workout party, with hip hop, Soca (Caribbean), twerking and majorette style dancing your way to healthy and fit. The music ranges from old school house and hip hop to Caribbean and dancehall, and of course we cannot Werk Out to Trap Out with out some lit trap music!!!
This one of a kind class is taught by four different instructors at the same time! Thats right four instructors, one class!!! Each instructors has their own unique background and dance style that will ensure all participants feel comfortable and mostly importantly have fun!!! Now come experience that best dance fitness class to hit the Charlotte area!!!
