Open Kitchen's Chocolate Truffles Cooking Class
Make Your Own European Artisanal Truffles in this hands-on cooking class!
Our Chocolatier, Chef Sean Lougheed, will introduce the history, craft, and techniques of artisanal chocolate making. Participants will then have the opportunity to taste and compare different European brands. Finally, each person will make their own truffles under the guidance of our award winning chocolatier.

Advanced tickets required. This class requires a minimum of TEN STUDENTS so if you are interested, please invite your friends and family to join you! If we do not meet the minimum students, the class will be cancelled and a refund issued.
