SELF TORTURE AND OTHER STRENUOUS EXERCISE

Synopsis: In this comic soap opera: Self Torture and Other Strenuous Exercise Carl confesses to his best friend Alvin that he's in love with another woman besides his wife, Adel. Alvin assures him that's okay for a widower, not knowing that Adel survived her latest suicide attempt and not knowing that Carl's paramour is his own wife, Beth.
BIO: I am a local Nevadan born and raised. I graduated from McQueen High School in 1999 and continued my education locally at the University of Nevada Reno earning a Bachelor of Arts in Theater. This is the third show I have directed and I feel honored to be working at the Brüka with such a talented cast.
BIGGEST little THEATRE FESTIVAL

Brüka Theatre presents a new series of short play performances in Brüka's BIGGEST little Theatre Festival November 14 16, 2014 featuring five different short pieces of theatre from within and outside our community. Each piece is up to an hour in length. Tickets are $10 in advance or at the door for each show. A Special ticket package is available at $40 for 5 shows. Seating is limited for the performances, so please make advance reservations at Brüka Theatre 775.323.3221. An opening night reception and BIGGEST little Festival Mixer immediately follows Gary Cremean's work: New Canula at 10:50 PM on Friday night November 14.
