REDBIRD December 17 2014
Redbird is a loose affliction of four fine talents, the ubiquitous Peter Mulvey, Jeffrey Foucault, Kris Delmhorst, and David Goodrich- all imaginative instrumentalists and singers- who haunt the Cafe Carpe every December. They audially and audaciously and admirably pen a love letter to the body of American song- traditional tunes, old jazz standards, country songs, and things that blur the line between those forms, and sometimes slur their lines between songs as they spew camaraderie, joy, and the magic of live performance. Shows usually sell out.
