SNHUG's Third Annual Groundhog Day Luau!
What's not to love about a Luau on the beautiful seacoast of New Hampshire... in the Winter? Southern New Hampshire Ukulele Group's annual fundraising event gets bigger and better every year, with local headliners and ukulele groups coming together from around New England. Bring your ukulele because we want to jam with you too! This year's luau will feature fabulous desserts, cash bar, goodie bags and lots of entertainment - all for a good cause. And the raffle items will be amazing!
SNHUG's main focus has always been to support non profit and community events. Last year's proceeds benefited Portsmouth Music and Arts Academy's youth ukulele program. This year's local charity is yet to be named; voting will take place soon and the announcement will be made at the Grand Luau!
The Ashworth By the Sea has generously agreed to discounted room rates at $99 for those who wish stay overnight...and you will want to stay over and catch the waves at Hampton Beach in January, quite a sight to see!
