Open Kitchen's Thanksgiving Primer
In this 3-hour hands-on cooking class, you will tackle Thanksgiving dinner from start to finish. Chef Katie will share her tips and tricks for planning ahead (think a prep-timeline), and of course, her gourmet twist on traditional family Holiday recipes. Join us after the class for a Thanksgiving wine tasting experience. We'll be pouring up the perfect sips to pair with recipes from class.
On the Menu The Bird To brine or not to brine? Master the perfect Herb-Roasted Turkey (We will be using Cornish hens during class.)
