Horror Hosts...of HORROR Presents: Doctor Kilgoreski and Rengor

The Yellow Sign Theatre presents Horror Hosts...of HORROR! This is out tribute to the late night monster movies and the over the top hosts that presented them. From Vampira to Ghoulardi to Elvira, horror hosts were a major influence on American humor, building local community, and actually inspired many of the great directors of the 80s to become filmmakers.

HHoH recreates "that night" in your adolescence, hanging out with your friend in his folks' basement, drinking stolen beer, and making fun of each other and stunningly bad horror films. Interactive and participatory pieces within the audience (beware of Dad!)join with the stage performances of WYST's horror hosts to create a night you';ll never forget...because you already lived something very much like it and miss it!

October 15, 16 and 17, HHoH features Doctor Kilgoreski and his assistant, Rengor the Man Ape as they dissect the Bela Lugosi "classic" The Ape Man. But as the movie proceeds, SOMETHING is taking shape on the operating table...NOTE: This show features copious amounts of stage gore...Yellow Sign Ponchos will be provided to the audience!
