Falling Waters Music Camp
The Falling Waters Music Camp (formerly known as Winter Village Music Camp) is an inspiring, instructive and fun weekend with string instrument classes in a variety of styles including old time, bluegrass, irish, french canadien, swing, scandinavian, and contradance. Instructors include Matt Glaser (fiddle), Tony Trischka (banjo), Barry Mitterhoff (mandolin), Matt Munisteri (guitar), Keith Murphy (guitar), Becky Tracy (fiddle), Judy Hyman (fiddle), Laurie Hart (fiddle), Richie Stearns (banjo), Ethan Jodziewicz (bass), Hope Grietzer (fiddle), Rick Manning (fiddle and mandolin) and Paul Fairbanks (banjo). The camp is held at La Tourelle in Ithaca, NY. Weekend registration includes a ticket to the Saturday evening faculty concert at La Tourelle.
Early bird weekend registration costs $125 until October 31. Students discounts reduce all price levels by $25.
