Open Kitchen's Moroccan Culinary Expedition
From the beaches of Casablanca to the vibrant markets of Marrakesh and onto the high deserts of the Berbers, in this hands-on cooking class we will explore the ancient and exotic flavors of a world rich in historic tradition. The cuisine of Morocco offers a view into a culture that takes advantage of its climate and its prime relationships with the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, along with interaction, exchanges, and migrations of cultures to the North and the East. Join us on an expedition of the centuries-old art of balancing spice and flavor.
