Intermediate Stretching with Bethany Summersizzle
In this fun and challenging class, you will learn new ways to increase your flexibility, as well as how to incorporate your new-found flexibility into choreography! Whether you are a performer hoping to add some flare to your act, or simply just wanting to reap the benefits of a healthy, flexible body, this is your step in the right direction. Be prepared to learn floor and chair skills that will not only give you interesting new ways to stretch, but make you look great while you are doing it! This class is designed for any level, and students are encouraged to know the limitations of their body and take it at their own personal pace (this includes noting any minor injuries, if any, before class starts so i know what you are capable of or what you may need to skip). Flexibility takes patience, and with practice and repetition, you will definitely see results and meet your goals!
