Dance Brigade performs excerpts from their mythic evening-length show Cavewoman, including "the Dungeon," a work with text, video and choreography that travels from the environs of a club/party/circus to an interrogation room, with comments on torture, sexual preference and and freedom of speech.

Guillermo Gomez-Pena's most recent solo performance, "America's Most Wanted Demon", navigates the contested terrain known as the US/Mexican border. By telling a story of realities; he acts as a warrior in transnational identity and immigration issues. As performance provocateur and "art coyote" , Gomez-Pena assaults the construction of the US/Mexican border that is lined with Minute Men, rising nativism, three ply fences, globalization, and transnational identities.

Candide, directed by Kara Davis and set to the backdrop of a film by John Davis, explores the way that consumer-driven culture affects our perception of intimacy and detachment and contributes to war and unrest in the world.

Also featuring "The Two Fridas", a political, artistic duet/discussion between Guillermo Gomez Pena and Krissy Keefer on the nature of art, icons and cultural identity.
