A Taste Of Tango & Grupo Yuri in Concert

Celebrate Halloween (costume optional) at this unique interactive experience when TEATRO Si brings this popular event to the elegant Leir Hall at the Montclair Art Museum . The evening starts with the original sounds of Grupo Yuri in concert as this quintet creates for you a wonderful fusion of Smooth and Latin Jazz meets World music. Enjoy a fine selection of desserts, coffees and refreshments that will be available during the event. After the Grupo Yuri concert, A Taste Of Tango provides for you the opportunity to enjoy a live Tango music concert, a Tango Argentino dance lesson for beginners and Tango demonstrations with acclaimed New York City Tango dancer and instructor Carolina Jaurena and renowned musicians Maestro Tito Castro on bandoeon, guitarist Francisco Pancho Navarro and their Tango trio as they offer you a taste of the passion of this popular South American music and dance form. After the Tango lessons and a practica or practice session with the instructors, stay to enjoy a unique and authentic Buenos Aires style Tango and Latin dance party! The experience is perfect for beginners and dance aficionados alike at this spacious and historical venue. Singles and couples are welcome.
