Tour starts on the corner of 28th & Upas Streets, San Diego, 92104.
Explore the six-block neighborhood along 28th Street and Pershing Avenue from Upas to Landis Streets recently designated as the North Park Dryden Historic District in 2011. On this 1-mile stroll, guides will discuss the variety of architectural styles represented in this historic neighborhood focusing on the Craftsman and Spanish Revival styles. Learn about the builders who developed this neighborhood between 1912-1941, including Master Builder David Owen Dryden, and the people who made up the historic community of North Park.
