Jim Trick is a performing songwriter, speaker and life coach living in the Boston area. Musically his version of modern folk is mixed with alt country and thoughtful pop.

His most recent album, Jim Trick Further From the Tree, was produced by Michael Pritzl of The Violet Burning and was completely fan funded in under four weeks using what he referred to as a "Trick-Starter". Over ten thousand dollars were raised.

A regular at venues like Club Passim, The Me&Thee Coffeehouse, Berklee's Cafe 939 and the New Moon Coffeehouse, Trick has shared the stage with the likes of Ellis Paul, Brooks Williams, Susan Werner, Martyn Joseph and Christopher Williams.
