We'll be exploring the wild world of wild yeasts in a variety of different tasty breads. We'll make sourdough, grapeskin flour sourdough, sweet bread, and more, all using the yeasts that naturally occur around us, and learn about how to capture, cultivate, and bake with these marvelous microbes!
