PERUVIAN MONTH AT INSTITUTO CERVANTES: FILM SERIES
Enrique Aet is a young civil engineer dedicated to the building of roads and systems that will allow communication with the distant Peruvian Amazon region, at the beginning of the twentieth century. These were years when the idea of progress was predominant and the Peruvian society was engaged in the task of integrating a difficult territory. Of strong and vigorous character, Aet embodies the will to integrate the different regions of Peru, even in the face of despairing personal, political and geographical obstacles.
