Moral Hazard and Phyllis
CIC (formerly Chemically Imbalanced Comedy) is proud to present the return of "Moral Hazard."
In "Moral Hazard", Walt Delaney & Chandler Goodman weave together elements of solo sketch, storytelling, and political satire to recount Delaney's post-college stumble into a finance job, as Goodman looks back over more than a quarter century to understand why the American economy cratered. The show is directed by Mark Logsdon.
Walt Delaney is a actor/writer/improviser who hails from the golden alleys of Evanston, IL. Walt spent much of last year playing the role of Tom Cruise in the play The Tomkat Project, and can currently be seen improvising with Sears Tower (iO Theatre) and Pizza Party (all over son) and is one half of the sketch/video power-duo that is Time Pelican.
Chandler Goodman is a writer and improviser originally from Cleveland, OH. Prior to Moral Hazard, Chandler could be seen performing his solo show, "Chandler Goodman Thinks Sports Are Important," at CIC, The Playground Theater, and The Public House Theater. He can also be seen performing regularly with the CIC house improv ensemble Shinbone Alley, and at the Playground Theater as part of Squall. He is a writer for the ESPN True Hoop affiliate blog Ballerball, and his writings on the NBA can be found there.

"Phyllis" is a new solo show from Brianna Baker about the life and times of her grandmother, Phyllis Lancaster. As a young woman, Phyllis moved from Salt Lake City to Chicago to start a career in modeling. She never quite fit in with the way of life in Salt Lake City, and came to Chicago to make a mark. That she did.
"Phyllis" is directed by Frances McKearn.
CIC plays at the CIC Theater, located at 1422 N. Irving Park Road in Chicago, Illinois.
