Self Defense for Teen Girls (ages 12-14) Only

Let's face it: Talking to kids about safety is tough. But, as your children mature, you want them to take care of themselves while living rich, full lives.

Strategic Living classes are designed to help your daughter be more confident in her judgement and independence, and for you to have more peace of mind.

In their own class your daughter will relax and feel comfortable discussing her fears and asking tough questions. She will get honest, accurate answers in a safe space. In 3 hours, she will learn:

Safety while riding the bus
Confidence when walking home
Awareness when out with her friends
Signs she should phone home NOW
