When a little-known Canadian actor accidentally discovers through Facebook that he's been wildly famous in Serbia for almost two decades, he sets out to discover the reasons why. SLAUGHTER NICK FOR PRESIDENT examines how Rob Stewart inexplicably became a symbol of freedom through his long-forgotten TV role of Nick Slaughter in Tropical Heat (aka Sweating Bullets) during the non-violent Serbian protests leading to the overthrow of Slobodan Milosevic.
