Open Kitchen's American Regional Cuisine Cooking Class
The words American Regional Cuisine have varied meanings for different people as indigenous and imported foods have developed through the cultural diversity that makes up this country. As communities settled throughout the regions, their foods, celebrations, religions, and influences have created cuisines that relate to a history of the people. In this hands-on cooking class we will explore some of these regions of the State while highlighting the bountiful use of ingredients and techniques that make each cuisine truly unique.
