Discover the magic of seasonal dining with our exclusive reservation-only Secret Supper Club. Each dinner features a multi-course tasting menu inspired by the forests, farms, and waters of the Upper Peninsula thoughtfully prepared from-scratch with local, seasonal ingredients.

- Doors open: 5:30 PM | Dinner begins: 6:00 PM
- Location: Halfway Bar & Grill - N8241 State Highway M35, Cedar River, MI 49887
- Price: $100 per person + tax (gratuity and drink pairing included)
- All sales are final. Full refunds will only be issued only if the event is canceled by the venue.

Charred Cauliflower Steak - local black garlic molasses, toasted hazelnuts, pickled cranberries, rye crumbs

Forest Broth - mushrooms, cedar oil, vegetable noodles
Course III
Beet & Persimmon Carpaccio - walnut crema, candied fennel seed, microgreens
Course IV
Roasted Celery Root Roulade - wrapped in collard greens, fermented squash purée, cider beurre blanc
Course V
Slow-Braised Lamb Shoulder - Confit garlic, parsnip purée, charred brassicas, juniper demi
(substitute: smoked maitake mushroom with lentil-miso jus)

Maple Cheesecake - local maple cheesecake with candied pecan crumble
