Curing Sweetpotatoes
Join WSU for an online sweetpotato curing workshop! Curing sweetpotatoes is an essential step after harvesting that heals wounds, enhances flavor, and increases storage life. You will learn the humidity, temperature, and timing recommendations for curing. Farmers and gardeners in Western Washington will share their curing set-ups, along with tips and lessons learned. Information will be shared for growers of all sizes.
