Reconnect with nature through Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese practice of forest bathing. This gentle, guided walk invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and take in the quiet beauty of fall. Following our walk, well share in a tea ceremony, sipping warm, seasonal tea in community and gratitude.
This session will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 9AM in partnership with Cascadia Forest Therapy at Kubota Garden.

The two-hour session will be led by a certified Forest Therapy Guide. Maximum 20 people. Cost is $25 for KGF members (with discount code) and $30 for non-members.
