Dr. John Medina has a lifelong interest
in how the brain sciences might
influence the way we teach our children and the way we work. In his bestselling book, Brain Rules (www.brainrules.net), he describes a "rule" - what scientists know for sure about how our brains work - and then offers powerful ideas that could transform our daily lives. The book has generated a great deal of buzz in the business world and has won praise around the globe.
Medina is a molecular biologist and research consultant. He is an affiliate Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
