Into the Woods

Into the Woods is a musical that weaves together the stories of beloved fairy tale charactersCinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack (of beanstalk fame), Rapunzel, and moreas they venture into the woods to fulfill a personal wish. What begins as a familiar journey quickly shifts as the characters' paths intersect and their choices carry unexpected consequences. With music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, Into the Woods explores themes of desire, responsibility, and the complexity of happy endings. It's whimsical, darkly funny, and ultimately movinga story that asks what happens after happily ever after.
