Burlesquercise
Burlesquercise is a great way to maintain a rockin pin-up bod while perfecting strength and flexibility and even learning a few new moves you never knew your body could do! Class is 1 hour long Please arrive 10mins before class to fill in registration, process payment and get ready for some bumps & grinds!
What to Wear:
Please wear something comfortable and suitable for booty shaking and pelvis thrusting! Anything goes Leggings, pole shorts (hot pants), track pants, tee-shirt, singlet etc. If you want to rock the cheaky undies and fishnets that is also totally fine! As long as your comfortable.
Low heels / dance heels or bare feet (no stilettos) / gym shoes
Be ready to take layers off as you warm up!
What to Bring:
Bring water / towel / yoga mat
