This eclectic duo will entertain you with their songs and stories about robberies and road trips, jailbreaks and heartaches, your best dog and your worst date.
Vancouver Island singer-songwriters Linda Lavender and Kenny (Lefty) Brault are each multi-instrumentalists, with an array of guitar,
upright bass, mandolin, claw-hammer banjo, Indian sitar, voices and words.
In addition to their captivating original compositions, youll hear hit songs that you know well, but played like never before.

Neo-Traditional Hybrid-Original
Linda Lavender played in the graffiti sprayed back alleys and bars of Toronto and has now moved playing her songs among the lofty peaks of Vanvouver Island. Kenny (Lefty) Brault arrived from Alberta 40 years ago and is stuck in the urban rut that bass players flourish in, referred to as the groove.
At a perchance meeting at a songwriters circle, a spark was ignited and that became the electricity of Lavender & Lefty.
After One Year In, their first album, released, this duo has been taking the island by storm. A must-see!
