2025 Event : Heritage Farm Community Garden

Congratulations on getting your plot ! We are so excited to have you as a community gardener this year at The Heritage Farm on 78th street.

The payment window will be open now to March 14, 2025.

Highlights from the Community Gardens Use Conditions:
Community garden plots must be kept chemical-free. Guidelines prohibit the use of fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Using these products may result in forfeiting your plot with no refund.
Gardeners will do their best to conserve water by following water usage guidelines.
Gardeners will not give the gate access code to anyone.
Maintaining plots remains the sole responsibility of each gardener. Gardeners found to be neglecting plots will be notified and given two weeks to make improvements or the plot will be forfeited without any refund.
No pets are allowed at the Heritage Farm.
Gardeners are expected to utilize the pedestrian access gate unless they require ADA access. Parking near the gardens is reserved only for those that require ADA access.
